The OA programs are designed to reflect the interests of those 65 and older.  However, all ages are welcome!

SENIOR STRETCH & TONE    BI

An easy & fun way to improve overall body muscle tone while increasing your flexibility and strength.  Watch how your posture will improve and your metabolism will increase.  Join us for a great time while we get in shape!

 

OA STRENGTH TRAINING   BIA    (Held in the fitness center.)

Did you know that after 60, older adults lose up to seven punds of muscle each year?  Shape up with this conditioning program for older adults.  The workout will increase overall muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility.  We look forward to individually helping you meet your fitness needs.  (Registration required.)

 

OA FITNESS CLASS    BIA

A low-impact movement program designed to condition the total body.  Improve your level of endurance, strength, and flexibility without high impact exercise.  Workout includes use of free weights, Xertubes, dowel sticks, and mats.

Bridge

 

Instruction and play.  Learn and play with Barbara and Bob Muhlhauser, Life Masters.

 

Beginner 1 and 2: Acquire the fundamental skills to bid and play with confidence.  Half of each class will be spent bidding and playing pre-arranged hands.

Tues   12:00 - 2:00pm      Annex Building

Cost: Full members - FREE

         NON-Members - $50 per session

 

Intermediate: Bidding conventions and play of the hand.  At each session, instruction followed by bidding and play of illustrative hands.
