Our Wellness Coaches will assist you in getting familiar with all of our exercise equipment and program options.  Your Wellness Coach will discuss with you your wellness goals and help establish a beginning program.  Appointments are for new and existing members.  FREE FOR FULL PRIVILEGE MEMBERS!

Members ages 10-12 may attend all classes with a parent present (with the exception of BodyPump) upon completion of a Youth Orientation class. Members from age 13-18 may attend all classes upon completion of the Youth Orientation class. Youth members must also meet height requirements to attend cycling classes for safety purposes.

BodyPump

is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! Express Pump classes are 45 minutes.

BodyStep

is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. Express classes are 45 minutes. B I A   

BodyCombat

is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. B I A   

BodyFlow

is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. B I A  

Total Conditioning

will sculpt every major muscle group.   This class varies from week to week to keep the muscles guessing! B I A

BodySculpt

combines bands and weights to tone each major muscle group, stability ball and cardio in a 20/20/20 format.  B I A

Cycling

is a motivating cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike that simulates a real outdoor biking experience. Ride to great music and follow the lead of your expert instructor! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class to be set up on the bikes. Bring a towel and water bottle to class. Classes are 45 min. in length. Express classes are 30 min., Plus classes are one hour. B I A

RPM™

is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. B I A

Dance Aerobics

combines low impact aerobics and popular dances for a unique workout. The Charleston, Disco, Soft Shoe and Latin dances will be the focus of this special class. B I A  

ZUMBA

is also a dance aerobics format with the emphasis on Latin moves. A great core and cardio workout! B I A

Multi Fit

is fun, high energy aerobics for the first half hour and strengthening and toning moves during the second half hour. Sequence is reversed on Monday evenings. B I A

Pilates

is a body conditioning method which strengthens and stretches the entire body. 
The focus will be on the core of the body (back and abdominal muscles) and lower body
workout. B I A

Hatha Yoga  

Dynamic breathing and energetic movement build strength and flexibility as well as reduce stress. You may choose to bring your own mat to class.   B I A  
 

Tai Chi

offers balance of mind and body, strength and flexibility, grace and agility
through slow and controlled moves. B I A
  

Silver Sneakers

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
 

Stay Fit

offers a balanced approach to improving and maintaining overall fitness. Exercise that increases strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health and coordination will be set to motivating music. B I
