20-20-20

This innovative class includes a combination of 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of toning using body bars and dumbbells, and 20 minutes of abs and stretching. Step on in and join us for this fun and exciting workout.

 

Ab Lab

Our data suggest that AB LAB + HARD WORK = AWESOME ABS.  Conduct your own experiment and see if our data matches ours!

 

Body Pump

This is the original barbell class.  Designed for all ages and fitness levels delivering real results.  This athletic-based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body.  WITH MOTIVATING MUSIC AND AWESOME INSTRUCTORS, BODYPUMP will help you strengthen, tone, and define your body.

 

Body Step

A  Cardio Fitness program that shapes and tones the legs, improves coordination, bone density, posture and agility.  BODYSTEP retains the essence of a great step class and adds fun and athletic movements to the mix with huge amounts of spunk, personality, driving music and great training principles.

 

Boot Camp

Hut 2,3,4, Hut….The variety is endless...the cardio bursts are high energy...the reps are shouted, they are counted.  This is a fat burning, fast paced cardio class intended for the fit.

 

Butts & Gutts

It’s all in the name.  A muscle conditioning workout targeting abs, glutes, and legs.

 

Dance Aerobics

Done to lively music.  This  co-ed program for intermediate/advanced members of any age. Dance Aerobics is a vigorous enjoyable aerobic exercise program,  including muscle toning for a super overall workout. 

 

Fit Past Fifty

Bring back or keep your youthful years through exercise.  Low impact cardio exercise and basic strength conditioning to improve your health and make activities of daily living easier.  Lively music to keep you motivated to move.

 

Group Training

Cardio and strength conditioning exercises done in a group setting made to match your fitness level.  Instructor led and monitored.  Modifications given that make you work at your best.

 

Karate     

Our Japanese Shotokan Karate emphasizes skills of self-control and discipline for all students.  Advancement through all belts available.   Chief Instructor:  Joe Scheid

 

Move ’N Groove’N

Get your groove on while getting an excellent cardio-vascular workout.  Learn the basic of Hip Hop and Funk.  Includes stretching, muscle isolation and plenty of fun.

 

Pilates

A series of exercises performed on a mat that will help strengthen your core muscles.  These exercises will help lengthen the muscles in your legs and hips, improve your posture, strengthen your back and flatten your
abdominals.

 

Running Club    

The running club is a co-ed running group for runners of all abilities, goals, and runs of life.  Within the larger club, members will be assigned to specific running groups based on current fitness levels.  The club is goal-oriented, with members setting individual as well as group goals.   

 

Super Trim

Strengthens your abs, hips and thighs, in addition to your upper body, using dumbbells and body bars. 

 

Tai Chi 

A Chinese internal Martial Art.  It’s combined nurturing of the Mind, Body and Spirit, increased balance and leg strength, increased heart and lung capacities, improved circulation and mental alertness.  Tai Chi can be a life long commitment to better health.

 
Yoga

This class will explore basic poses (known as asanas) in a step-by-step series. We will focus on proper alignment of the bones and joints, which will lead to more efficient and intelligent muscles. Through practice, you will gain stability and flexibility, improve circulation, create space within the body, and bring a balanced flow of energy throughout the whole body. This is not soft music, lying down yoga—it will be vigorous and rewarding work. Please bring your own yoga mat.

 

ZUMBA    

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the ZUMBA participants to dance away their worries.  It is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO” allowing ZUMBA participants to stick to the ZUMBA Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits.  ZUMBA is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
