The YMCA of Philadelphia & Vicinity is the largest provider of child care services in Pennsylvania, serving 5,000 each day in quality childcare programs. In the Greater Philadelphia area, the YMCA is among the five largest childcare providers. All programs help kids develop ethical and moral behavior and self-esteem, while balancing the challenges of both the child’s mind and body. The YMCA provides a caring and secure place for children to learn and grow.
FULL DAY-YEAR ROUND CHILDCARE CENTER
Childcare Programs and Rates:
Ladybugs: Young Toddlers (18-24 months)
Full time (5 days): $205/week
Part time (4 days): $175/week
Leapfrogs: Older Toddlers (24-36 months)
Full time (5 days): $205/week
Part time (4 days): $175/week
Bluebirds: 3 year old Preschool
Full time (5 days): $195/week
Part time (4 days): $165/week
Honeybees: 4 year old Preschool
Full time (5 days): $195/week
Part time (4 days): $165/week
All programs include:

♥ Themed weekly lesson plans based upon hands-on, developmentally appropriate curriculum

A $50 program membership is required for each child enrolled

“Before School” starts at 6:30am and “After School Care” ends at 6:00pm
Grades: 1st through 8th
Program Includes:
• Breakfast before 8:00am and an afternoon snack
• Homework Help
• Once a week enrichment program
• Gym time
• All early dismissals

- Before School Care $180 per month
- After School Care $300 per month
- Before and After School Care $400 per month
*The Roxborough YMCA After School program accepts subsidy.

Do you need child care on days school is not in session or on holiday breaks? Bring your child to “Y-Days”! Your child will socialize and have fun at the same time! This program runs from 6:30am-6:00pm and is held at the Roxborough YMCA (Most have youth program membership.) Participants need to bring a packed lunch; afternoon snack is provided. The cost of these days is $10 for Before & After School Participants, $20 for Full Privilege Members and $40 for Youth Program Members per day.
